CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations and rescheduling requests. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a fee equal to 20% of the scheduled service price. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-show) will also result in a charge of 20% of the scheduled service price. This policy ensures that we can maintain availability and provide quality service to all clients.
